Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• Original packaging must be intact, including all protective materials
• All certificates of authenticity and tags must be present
• The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

1 Submit Return Request

Complete our Return Request Form and email it to our customer service team at [email protected].

2 Receive Authorization

Wait for our return authorization email with instructions and your RMA number.

3 Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included materials.

4 Ship Your Return

Send the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email).

5 Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• For payments made via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or JCB, refunds will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges for the same item in different quantities or for items of equal value. For exchanges:

• Follow the standard return process
• Clearly indicate your exchange preference in the return form
• We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
• You will be responsible for shipping costs for both return and new shipment

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.
