Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Original packaging must be intact, including all protective materials
  • All certificates of authenticity and tags must be present
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of certain products and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized and Engraved Items: Custom Coffee Mugs, Engraved Wine Bottles, Engraved Coasters, CARVED Logo CRYSTAL items, and any products with custom engraving
  • Christmas Ornaments with personalized elements
  • Opened or used glassware for hygiene reasons

Please carefully review personalized items before purchase, as we cannot accept returns on custom-made products.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Submit Return Request: Complete the Return Request Form below and email it to our customer service team
  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for our return authorization email with instructions and RMA number
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included materials
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email)
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • For payments made via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or JCB, refunds will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges for the same item in different quantities or for items of equal value. For exchanges:

Defective or Damaged Items
